3 days and 2 nights is the perfect time to truly enjoy Lan Ha Bay's beauty, with opportunity to visit Cat Ba island’s most famous landmarks or a full-day Catamaran exploration!

Leave Hanoi at 10:00 AM if you take the private transfer or from 9:00 AM to 09:30 AM if you take the shuttle bus (transportation service on your request).

08:15 - 08:45: The cruise's limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
11:30: Arrive at the Scarlet Pearl check-in area at Halong International Cruise Port - where you will complete the check-in process and other procedures.
Direct to Scarlet Pearl Cruise. Welcome aboard! Enjoy a welcome drink during the cruise briefing, including safety instructions, before check-in to your cabin.
A splendid lunch is served at Tahiti Restaurant while cruising into the primitive Lan Ha Bay. The bay has hundreds of small and large islands, making it an enormous, wonderful scene to look at while dining.
15:00: Transfer to a speedboat to visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island and hop on a bicycle ride (electric car also available) through a rainforest tunnel that leads to a village nestled in a valley deep in a national park. Meet, visit a traditional house, and greet local inhabitants doing their daily work, see their homes and the village school.
If you choose not to visit Viet Hai Village - you can try kayaking or simply swim in the clear waters on the beach near the boat. Please notice that if you choose to visit Viet Hai Village, you won't have enough time for swimming or kayaking when you return to the cruise.

Day 2: Explore Lan Ha Bay on luxury Catamaran Sailing Boat.

Policies

Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).

Cancellation & Refund:
• Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- From 1-3 cabins:
+ More than 7 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 7 to 3 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ Less then 3 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- From 4-6 cabins:
+ More than 10 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 10 to 5 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 5 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- From 7-9 cabins:
+ More than 30 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 30 to 14 days prior to the arrival: 25% of the total rate charged.
+ From 13 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- From 10 cabins up:
+ More than 45 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 45 to 30 days prior to the arrival: 25% of the total rate charged.
+ From 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 75% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).

Child Policy (to be confirmed upon reservation and subject to availability):
- Child under 4 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Free Baby Cot – subject to the availability). Limited to 1 child per cabin.
- Child from 4 to below 7 years old sharing the same cabin with 2 adults is charged 50% of adult price if stay at same bed, or 75% of the extra bed price if require an extra bed.
- Child from 7 to below 12 years old sharing the double/ twin cabin with 1 adult or sharing the triple cabin with 2 adults is charged 75% of adult price, or 100% of extra bed if require an extra bed.

Bad Weather Policy:
In the event the cruise is affected by bad weather, the cruise company reserves the right to cancel all or parts of their cruises services. Following charges may be applied:
- Day cruise (3-4 hours cruise, no overnight, lunch on boat): US$ 65 per person.
- Day cruise (3-4 hours cruise, no overnight, lunch on boat, round-trip transfer Hanoi - Halong): US$ 65 per person + transportation.
- Only for 3 day/2night cruise program:
+ Complete 2 day/1 night cruise and back to shore before 10.00 A.M of day 2: the cruise rate of 2 day/ 1 night package is charged + transportation (if any).
+ Complete 2 day/ 1 night cruise and + transportation (if any) + hotel arrangement (5*) in Halong Bay or Hanoi: no refund.

Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 11:30 AM. Check-out by 10:30 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification/ passport are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.

Notes: Due to cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant/bar area, but internet connectivity is limited due to the geography of Halong. Thank you for your understanding.
