Day 1: Hanoi - Hon Gai Dock - Bai Tu Long Bay.
8.00 : Depart from Hanoi to Halong Bay by comfortable shuttle bus or private car (optional)
12.00: Upon arrival at Emperor Cruises, located at Hon Gai Dock, our team will welcome you in our lounge before boarding.
12.30: Our Experiences Manager will assist you with boarding to start cruising in Bai Tu Long Bay. Check in to your cabin as we set sail from Vinashin dock to cruise among the many beautiful islets (scenes from the film ‘Indochine’ were filmed here). Bai Tu Long Bay has a wild beauty and the panoramas from the boat are unforgettable.
13.00: A set menu lunch will be served at our Can Chanh Restaurant on the main deck. Savor delicious Vietnamese food while admiring the grace of the bay.
14.30: Explore the area of Hon Co Island and Co Cave (Grass Cave, also known as Thien Canh Son). You can revel in the breathtaking view of Bai Tu Long Bay from up high, as well as the glorious long white-sand beach of Hon Co Island. Afterwards relax on the beach, go swimming in the crystal clear water and explore the cave.
16.30: Return to the cruise by small boat.
17.00: Choose from kayaking, taking massage or just relaxing, do nothing or watching the sky color change as the sun sets.

Day 2: Explore Bai Tu Long Bay.
06.00 - 06.30: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay with a Vovinam session on the sundeck.
07.00 - 07.45: Catch the morning view of seascape while enjoying the breakfast in the restaurant.
09.00 - 09.30: Transfer to Day small Boat and start cruising to admire the widest beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.
10.00 - 10.30: Kayak and discover Thay Cave - one of the most large & well-hidden cave in Bai Tu Long Bay.
11.00-12.00:Visit Cong Dam Area- Hon Xep Nature Park - Deep into Bai Tu Long Bay, the famous hidden lagoons covered by majestic limestone islands and islets with wild beaches.
12.30 - 15.00: Enjoy the lunch in the restaurant on day boat.
16.00 - 16.30: Transfer from Day Boat back to main boat – Emperor Cruises boat.

Day 3: Bai Tu Long – Visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village – Hanoi.
6.00: Wake up to the gentle lapping of the water against the boat and as the first rays of the sun announce a new day. Before enjoying breakfast have cookies and tea and then try the Vovinam session on the sundeck as the sun rises over Bai Tu Long Bay.
6.45: Have light breakfast with milk, bread, cereals, fruit juice, yogurt.
7.15 - 7.30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village, the famous pearl-growing village, to view the fishing tanks of the local people. Proceed to Vung Vieng floating village to board bamboo boats so the locals can row you around their village and oyster pearl farming plots. Return to the mother boat by speedboat/tender.
8.30: Return to the cruise by tender.
9.30: Arrange the luggage and check out.
9.45 - 10.30: Enjoy brunch on board while cruising back to the mainland.
11.00: Arrive at Emperor Cruises dock, Halong City for disembarkation where your driver waits to take you back to Hanoi or the airport for your onward journey or home.

Policies
Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).
Cancellation & Refund:
• Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- From 1-3 cabins:
+ More than 14 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ Less than 14 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
- No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- From 4-8 cabins:
+ More than 30 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ Less than 30 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
- No-Show: Will be charged in full.
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).
Child Policy:
- Only one child under 5 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with two adults. The second child is applied as child 5-11 years old.
- Child rate applies from 5-11 years old:
+ Maximum two children from 5 to 11 years old are allowed to share cabin with adults.
+ Child pays US$ 200 per person per night for extra bed.
- Child from 12 years old: price as an adult.
- FOC baby cot for infant (subject to availability).
Extra Bed Policy:
The surcharge is US$ 265 per adult per night for one extra bed. Limited to one extra bed per cabin only.
Bad Weather Policy:
In the event the cruise is affected by bad weather, the cruise company reserves the right to cancel all or parts of their cruises services. Following charges may be applied:
- Cancellation before 11:00 o'clock at cruise date: Full refund for the cruise package but transportation will be charged (if any).
- Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 100 per person.
- Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) and round-trip transfer Hanoi - Halong Bay only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 100 per person + transportation.
- Only for 3 day/2 night cruise program:
+ Complete 2 day/1 night cruise and back to shore before 10.00 A.M of day 2: the cruise rate of 2 day/ 1 night package is charged + transportation (if any).
+ Complete 2 day/ 1 night cruise and use the day boat and back to shore before 17.00 of day 2: the cruise rate of 2 day/ 1 night package is charged + US$ 100 per person + transportation (if any).
Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 12:30 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification/ passport are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Surcharge for Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year Eve (31 December): US$ 100 per person.
- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
- Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
