From the end of January to the beginning of March, we thoroughly enjoyed a multi-day tailor-made trip through Vietnam as coordinated by Binh Nguyen from the Hanoi office of Vietnam Travel (a division of Asia Travel & Leisure). From Ho Chi Minh City followed by an amazing multi-day discovery tour through the Mekong Delta and then fast ferry to the lovely tropical island of Phu Quoc. Binh also booked our internal flights and private transfers. This took so much of the 'guess-work' and pressures away and allowed us to focus on and appreciate the sights at hand. Other highlights included: a multi-day visit to Hoian, Da Nang, Hue, and Hanoi. We truly enjoyed the 2-day overnight cruise on a small intimate ship in Halong Bay with V-Spirit. The hotels selected were outstanding as well as the English-speaking guides and the congenial and safe private van drivers were all well selected - making for a most memorable visit. There are so many more sights to visit that we need to save for our next visit.

We just returned from a wonderful 3 week tour of Vietnam. Once we arrived in Vietnam, everything was taken care of for us! We started in Hanoi then to Nha Trang, Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Ho Chi Ming city. We enjoyed our visits. The trip was incredible and all of our tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Our travel consultant Nga (Vicky) Phan was outstanding. From planning the trip to the day we returned home, she was very responsive and kept us informed at all times. We definitely will be back and will use Vietnam travel agency again.

A friend and I wanted to go on a trip to Vietnam and Thailand. We stumbled across this agency and somehow were connected to Mary D. She arranged a private two week tour. We couldn't be happier with her help. She made suggestions for an itinerary and quickly made changes if we requested them. She answered all of our questions promptly. When we arrived, the drivers and guides were always waiting for us. The hotels always had our reservations. If we had any issues Mary responded immediately. She even stopped at our hotel in Hanoi to say hello.

Absolutely fabulous “Highlights of Vietnam” from Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay,, Danang, Ba N’a Hills (wonderful golf!), Hoian (cooking class), Ho Chi Minh (cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta - all in two weeks! Excellent organisation by Hannah Nguyen in the Hanoi Office - very responsive, great to work with and who produced a wonderful interesting and varied itinerary. All the hotels were very good (4 star minimum) and the restaurants booked for us along the trip were first class. The guides were friendly, intelligent, well educated and very caring, taking great care of our group of 10 ( 6 adults, 4 teenagers, with the age range from 12 to 81!). We can unanimously say that The Vietnam Travel team, (part of Asia Travel and Leisure) deserve a tremendous accolade for the this fabulous trip.

Wow! Thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday in Vietnam - Saigon, Danang/Hoian, Hanoi. My Linh organised a worry free, all inclusive holiday for 16 people. Hotels were exquisite, transportation all organised, tour guides were friendly, patient and professional. My Linh even joined us in Hanoi. Highlights included scooter street food tour in Saigon, basket boats and lanterns in Hoian, and Halong Bay overnight cruise in Hanoi. My Linh was very responsive and adapted to our every need. Probably the best travel agency and agent I've dealt with ever! exceptional!!

Tuan Phan organised our trip to go where we wanted, when we wanted. He was able to change things up to fit our budget, and all of the communication was fast and well organised. In each place, we were met at the airport or picked up from our hotel. Our guides were all local, full of information, and so nice. The accommodation was well located, clean and friendly. Everything was so smooth and easy, it made for a fantastic holiday. I was nervous about using a company I didn't know, but I would highly recommend Asia Travel and Leisure and would use them again in a flash. All in all, the trip was easy, safe, and so enjoyable. I can't speak highly enough of the experience.

Most wonderfully planned 8 day tour from north to south. Binh Yen provided us with an 8 page itinerary which we were able to offer our ideas and tweak things around her expert suggestions. She booked all the accommodation and even 2 internal flights. There was a guide and driver at every destination. The guides were very well informed to give us a full history tour of each town/city we visited. Highly expert. I would highly recommend Asia tours and have done already to friends and family and I would most definitely use them again for future trips.

I booked a customised tour through Vietnam Travel for myself for 14 days travel in April 2026. Dzung Vu was simply amazing in accommodating my numerous changes of mind prior to the trip as well as happily changing air flights, accommodation during the trip. Dzung arranged all flights from Australia, within Vietnam and to Bangkok, that also included pick ups and transfers. Instructions and communications were clear and being able to converse at anytime via WhatsApp with Dzung ensured quick responses. My trip in Vietnam originated in Ho Chi Minh City. A guided tour by young Harry (Khoa Nguyen) of the city was informative, fun and well organised. After recently completing tourism studies, he was passionate about the city and its history. Attention to safety was also a priority. Vietnam airlines were amazing whilst travelling through the country. In Hoi An my guide for the Ba Na Hill was Dong Ho. She was also amazing, fun and accommodated my desire to avoid the crowds and visit the site quickly but thoroughly. Dong's knowledge and workings of the area were great and to have a guide take me up to the hill saved an enormous amount of time when there were so many tourists around. In Phong Na (caves region) I had a great guide "Sarah" located at the Lakehouse Resort. Again a great, caring, fun guide. She also organised and help choose a tattoo in the town. In Hanoi my guide was Le Tung Sinh. His passion and knowledge for the history of Hanoi was amazing. I even was taken to Koto restaurant for a three course meal as part of the tour.. highly recommended! Finally I was driven to Ha Long Bay for a Lan Ha bay cruise. (ps do the 2 night cruise (V'Spirit Cruises), this includes a further cruise on a smaller boat through the islands to Cat Ba - the bigger ships don't do this). I then travelled to BangKok and again pickups and transfers were all arranged. I must also commend the drivers that accompanied the guides - all good, safe and courteous drivers. Dzung's hotel choices were fantastic also. All in all, the trip was perfectly organised. I would book with her again anytime. The service is simply unmatched and if you can afford a little extra for personalised services then I can ! recommend such! Thank you Dzung, Vietnam Travel, guides, drivers etc.. you have made my time in Vietnam unforgettable.

We very highly recommend Alex and Vietnam Travel !!! We started to plan an extensive two-week, seven-city trip to Vietnam for our family of five vegans and quickly realized that we needed private transportation and guides to meet our time and food constraints. When considering tour operators, we were overwhelmed by the choice and quite nervous about the legitimacy of some agencies. We landed on a winner! We immensely enjoyed our completely personalised 2 week tour of Vietnam. From the planning, which was meticulous and with full input from ourselves, to the trip itself: everything was taken care of. At every point we knew this was a trip of a lifetime! Every excursion turned out even better than imagined from the plans. Every guide was a joy to be with (special mention to Jay and San for the scooter trip round Ho Chi Minh). Every driver safe, careful and timely. We just returned from an incredible three-week journey through Vietnam, and we want to thank Nichol for organizing such a fantastic private tour for us. From start to finish, the trip was flawless. The logistics were seamless, including five different hotels, an overnight cruise, and three domestic flights and everything ran perfectly. Having dedicated tour guides and drivers throughout the trip made a huge difference and allowed us to experience the country thoroughly, from north to south and many memorable places in between. Nichol did an outstanding job tailoring the itinerary to our specific interests. We asked for a fast-paced, multi-city tour, and he absolutely delivered! During the planning process, he consistently suggested additional places and points of interest we might not have considered on our own. Many of his recommendations also took us off the beaten path, allowing us to experience areas not normally traveled. Those experiences gave us the opportunity to meet many locals and learn more about their culture and daily life, which made the trip even more meaningful. Since this was our first visit to Vietnam, it was important for us to see and experience as much as possible and looking back, Nichol and his team truly came through. We also appreciated his flexibility when we requested two itinerary changes during the trip. Both adjustments were handled quickly and seamlessly, giving us more time in the places we enjoyed most. Fantastic 12 day tour organised by Lea - she was available 24/7 to help us (not that we needed much help as all the arrangements worked like clockwork) - great guides and drivers and great hotels. Thoroughly recommend this travel service.

We were travelling with kids and elderly and hence booked custom tour. The tour was well organised with sufficient time to visit places with good drivers and guides. Our vegan dietary requirement was taken care, hence we could enjoy the Vietnamese food. All hotels in multiple cities were good. The travel agent Clory gave all required data and accommodated multiple changes in itinerary before finalizing it. She was in contact through-out tour and making sure we were ok.
