Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay.

It takes only about 2.5 hours from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Hon Gai Pier where the Signature Cruise awaits you. Round-trip transportation is on request with additional surcharge.

12:30: Your cruise will begin with a transfer from the mainland on our excursion boat which will transport you to our main vessel, Signature Cruise. Upon boarding you will be greeted by our friendly Crews and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink. After a brief introduction and safety procedures overview, you will be checked into your cabin and have some free time to relax and explore the craft.
13:15: A delicious lunch will be served in our main dining room as we slowly cruise through the magniﬁcent limestone formations which make up Halong Bay. Feast on delicious seafood and range of other delicious dishes as we make our way deeper inside Halong Bay. 15:00: Head to Vung Vieng ﬁshing village by local rowing boats or kayaks to explore the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants.
16:30: Back onboard Signature Cruise Halong Bay’s main craft we will drop anchor for our overnight stay surrounded by incredible landscape.
17:30-18:30: Happy hour with special drink menu (Buy one get another one for free). 17:30: We will conduct a Vietnamese cuisine cooking demonstration and invites you all to participate in the preparation of these mouth-watering delights.
19:15: Your dinner this evening will be served in our main dinner.
20:45-23:59: Evenings are beautiful on Halong Bay, and just because the sun goes down doesn’t mean the night is over. Take advantage of our onboard facilities or just relax to your heart’s content. Relax at our fully stocked bar with an assortment of local and international favorites. Try your luck at night squid ﬁshing, watch a documentary ﬁlm or simply relax on our roof top deck.
Day 2: Bai Tu Long Bay.

06:30: Early birds are welcome to attend sunrise Tai Chi on our upper deck and it’s an excellent way to get your energy levels up for today’s adventures. You will be fascinated by the exquisiteness of Halong Bay in the early hours as you enjoy a coffee, tea.
08:00: Enjoy a buffet breakfast with best local coffee brand and freshly fruit juices.
09:00: Next we board our Signature Day Boat to head to Cong Dam Area, best known for its crystal clear sandy beaches. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or just relax on a stunning secluded beach.
12:00: Have lunch with Signature set menu on our day boat.
15:30: Back on board Signature Cruise, take some time to freshen up, take a nap or just relax at your leisure as we cruise to our overnight area. Witness one of the most brilliant sunsets you will ever see.
17:30-18:30: Bar opens for Happy Hour "Buy one get one free".
17:30: Enjoy cooking demonstration to discover our Vietnamese cuisine of traditional spring rolls.
19:15: A special dinner will be served offering you outstanding food and quality service.
20:45-23:59: This evening is yours to enjoy whatever you please. Tonight we will hold a movie night with a selection of ﬁlms available. We also have a selection of board games for your entertainment. Our bar is always open and is an ideal place to meet new people and share stories about your adventures.
Day 3: Thien Canh Son Cave - Bai Tu Long Bay - Hanoi.

06:30: The best time to observe Halong Bay is in the early morning and we suggest that if you didn’t get to witness it yesterday that now is your last chance. Tai Chi will be conducted again today on our upper deck and is a terriﬁc way to feel as one with the peaceful surroundings.
07:30: Light breakfast will be served this morning.
07:30-08:30: Enjoy the last stage of your trip in Thien Canh Son cave and islets, which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. 09:30: Check out of your cabin and enjoy the last stage of your trip with a delicious brunch as we continue to cruise back towards harbor through scenery.
11:15: After a ﬁnal farewell from our staff, you will be transported back to Halong City wharf. Your transfer is awaiting for you there and transfers you back to Hanoi (transportation service on your request).

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay.

07:30-08:00: Your transfer vehicle will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi and convey you to Halong City.
12:30: You will be taken on our tender from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board our luxurious craft, Signature Cruise. You will be welcome aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink. Our Crew will conduct a compulsory safety procedures session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. Take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by.
13:15: As we begin to cruise through the bay a special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites will be served. Dining on a luxury junk with ﬁne food and drinks doesn’t come much better than this.
15:00: After lunch we set sail for Bai Tu Long Bay passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. Explore Vung Vieng ﬁshing village by local rowing boats to discover the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants.
16:30: Back onboard Signature Cruise Halong Bay’s main craft we will drop anchor for our overnight stay surrounded by incredible landscape.
17:30 – 18:30: Happy hour with special drink menu (Buy one get another one for free).
17:30: Our Vietnamese cooking demonstration is a great way to learn how to prepare delicious appetizers and we will guide you through the process.
19:15: Relish special Signature Dinner in restaurant.
20:45-23:59: Your free time to relax with an exotic cocktail or whatever takes your fancy. Our bar has a wide range or wines, beers and liquors and is always a welcome sight for guests after a day on Halong Bay. Order a specialized massage in room. Choosing with other activities boat cruise such as watch documentary movies, squid ﬁshing or simply relax on our roof top deck under the cover of a star ﬁlled sky.
Day 2: Thien Canh Son - Bai Tu Long Bay - Hanoi.

06:30: The nicest time of the day on Halong Bay is the morning. Head to the upper deck to participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never ending miraculous scenery unfold before you.
07:00: Light breakfast will be served in our restaurant (pastries, tea, coffee).
07:30-08:30: Enjoy the last stage of your trip in Thien Canh Son cave and islets , which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. Back to our main board afterwards.
09:30: Check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland. After a ﬁnal early brunch and a last goodbye from our crew at 11:15, you will board our tender and head back to the wharf . Your transfer is awaiting for you there and transfers you back to Hanoi (transportation service on your request).

My wife and I had the pleasure of cruising with Signature Cruise for three days and two nights and we had a great time. Vinh, whose job title escapes me, is a real hospitality professional in every sense of the word. His attention to detail and quest for excellence is a real joy for all the guests. The cruise itself was great. Ha Long Bay is breathtaking. Nothing I can say will do it justice. If you are planning to visit Ha Long Bay, you should book with Signature Cruises. The food was excellent, the level of cooking and presentation was unexpected and very appreciated. Our time on the boat was relaxing and well worth it. The staff was attentive and very professional. Sitting on the balcony off our room drinking coffee and watching the stunning landscape in the morning was just unreal. Our cruise on Ha Long was a highlight in a trip filled with highlights.

I have had a great experience on the Signature Cruise together with my partner. We were greeted friendly by the crew on arrival. Then we could immediately sit down for an extensive lunch. Our guide Ving (a very funny and also nice guide) - together with his crew - made sure that we did not fall short. In addition to a nice experience on the boat, the team also provided a nice program. You're not bored so What I also find important is that the rooms are clean and tidy. This room was perfect. Highly recommended when you are in Halong Bay !!!

Very friendly and professional staff start all the way from the booking experience, the transfer journey and the Cruise at very reasonable price. I have booked this trip for the celebration of anniversary and birthday of my wife. The staff helped to prepare a very nice birthday cake for us and also a bunch of roses for my wife. The staff also helped to arrange a surprise to present the birthday cake with fireworks candles to my wife during dinner and she is very happy with the arrangement! Initially I have booked with the Athena Cruise, but the staff have suggested us to switch to Signature Cruise (same group) due to some large tour group have booked the same cruise on the same day which my affect our celebration. We agreed to the arrangement and the staff is very nice to give us an complimentary upgrade to the largest elite family suite which features large private balcony all to us and with complimentary wine. The Cruise run exactly to the itinerary with nothing less then what they represent, everything was pleasant and on time. Food was fantastic, presentation was good and delicious. Bed is very comfortable and the bath room come with a very nice jacuzzi! The only thing I notice is that the some USB port in the Limousine is not really working, maybe the staff can do something about that to give more complete experience to the guest. Otherwise, well done for all Signature Athena Crew and special thanks to Ms. Harley for helping out on all the arrangement pre-cruise and fantastic customer service from the Cruise Manager Megan and her team! Also thanks one team member from the hanoi office who rush a the way to us this afternoon after our drop off at the hotel and give us a small Wooden Signature Cruise Ship Souvenir! Will definitely come back next time for the 3 days trip to enjoy more of the hospitality!

Policies

Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).

Cancellation & Refund:
• Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- From 1-4 cabins:
+ More than 30 days prior to arrival: No charge.
+ From 16 to 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of each cancelled cabin charged.
+ From 6 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of each cancelled cabin charged.
+ Less than 6 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
- No-Show: Will be charged in full.
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).

Child Policy:
- Only one child under 5 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with two adults.
- Child rate applies from 5 to below 12 years old:
+ Maximum one child below 12 years old is allowed to share existing bedding with adults. Child pays 50% of adult rate per person (double occupancy sharing).
+ Two children below 12 years old stay in a separate cabin and are charged 75% of adult cabin rate (double occupancy sharing).
- Child from 12 years old: must occupy a separate cabin and pay the full cabin rate.

Extra Bed Policy:
The surcharge is 75% a cabin rate for one extra bed. Limited to one extra bed per cabin only.

Bad Weather Policy:
In the event the cruise is affected by bad weather, the cruise company reserves the right to cancel all or parts of their cruises services. Following charges may be applied:
- Cancellation before 11:00 o'clock at cruise date: Full refund for the cruise package but transportation will be charged (if any).
- Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 50 per person.
- Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) and round-trip transfer Hanoi - Halong only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 35 per person + transportation.
- Day cruise (3-4 hours cruise, no overnight, lunch on boat): US$ 70 per person.
- Day cruise (3-4 hours cruise, no overnight, lunch on boat, round-trip transfer Hanoi - Halong): US$ 70 per person + transportation.
- Only for 3 day/2 night cruise program:
+ Complete 2 day/1 night cruise and back to shore before 10.00 A.M of day 2: the cruise rate of 2 day/ 1 night package is charged + transportation (if any).
+ Complete 2 day/ 1 night cruise and + transportation (if any) + hotel arrangement (5*) in Halong Bay or Hanoi: no refund.

Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 12:30 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification/ passport are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Surcharge for Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year Eve (31 December): US$ 50 per adult (from 12 years old).
- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
- Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
