    09h00-09h30: You will be collected from Hanoi Old Quarter to take about 2 hours on the new highway to Got Ferry Terminal – Cat Hai Town, Haiphong City (transportation is on request with additional surcharge).


    12:30 Let your vacation start with a welcome drink and wet towel during the time that our Cruise Manager introduce the safety briefing. The boat start to cruise to Lan Ha Bay.
    13:15 Delicious set menu lunch is served in La Corona restaurant.
    15:30 Feel free to discover Trung Trang cave, one iconic and historic cave in Cat Ba island
    17:30 - 19:00 Enjoy your time with the beautiful sunset on the bay and join “Happy Hour” – 30% Discount off all drinks onboard
    18:30 Join our Cooking Class on sundeck with the Chef on boat and learn how to prepare one of the most iconic dish of Vietnamese cuisine.
    19:30 Dinner is served on sundeck if the weather permit
    21:00 Other option is to try yourself at Squid Fishing at the reception or watching movie in the La Magia Restaurant on the third floor.

  2. Day 2: Lan Ha Bay - Cat Ba Island.

    6:15 Start your day with a Taichi session on the sundeck
    6:45 – 8:00 Breakfast is served in La Corona on the second floor
    8:30 Move to Day Cruise. Free time to relaxing and enjoy beautiful view of Lan Ha Bay
    9:30 Visit Viet Hai village in the midst of jungles, covered by high mountains range of the Cat Ba National Park
    12:00 Back to the main boat for relaxing and enjoy the lunch
    14:00 Enjoy kayaking at Ao Ech area which is one of the most beautiful area on Lan Ha Bay
    16:30 Back to the La Regina Legend Cruise. Free time to enjoy beautiful sunset on the bay
    17:30 – 19:00 Enjoy your time with the beautiful sunset on the bay and join “Happy Hour” – 30% Discount off all drinks onboard

  3. Day 3: Lan Ha Bay - Hai Phong - Hanoi.

    7:30 The boat anchor at Tra Bau area, it is time to discover the natural beauty of Lan Ha bay by kayak or swimming.
    9:00 - 9:45 Back to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception, please put all your luggage at the outside of your cabin, crew member will help to bring luggage on land.
    9:45 Brunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.
    11:30 Disembark at the harbor. Meet your driver and transfer back to Hanoi (transportation is on request at additional surcharge).

    Policies

    Deposit & Payment:
    - A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
    - The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
    - Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).

    Refund & Cancellation:
    • Cancellation will be charged as follow:
    - From 1-5 cabins:
    + More than 15 days prior to arrival: No charge.
    + From 14 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of each cancelled cabin charged.
    + From 9 to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of each cancelled cabin charged.
    + Within 3 days before check-in date: 100% on total charged.
    + No-Show: 100% on total charge.
    • Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).

    Child Policy:
    - One child under 6 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with one or two adults.
    - Two children under 6 years old staying in the same cabin with one or two adults will be charged 75% of adult rate for one extra bed.
    - Child rate applies from 6-11 years old: Maximum one child below 12 years old is allowed to share existing bedding with adults. Child pays 75% of adult rate per person (double occupancy sharing).
    - Child from 12 years old: price as an adult.

    Bad Weather Policy:
    In the event the cruise is affected by bad weather, the cruise company reserves the right to cancel all or parts of their cruises services. Following charges may be applied:
    - Cancellation before 11:00 o'clock at cruise date: Full refund for the cruise package but transportation will be charged (if any).
    - Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 50 per person.
    - Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) and round-trip transfer Hanoi - Got Ferry Pier only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 50 per person + transportation.
    - Only for 3 day/2night cruise program:
    + Complete 2 day/1 night cruise  and back to shore before 10.00 A.M of day 2: the cruise rate of 2 day/ 1 night package is charged + transportation (if any).

    Other Policies:
    - Check-in time starts at 12:30 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
    - Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
    - Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
    - A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification are required upon check-in.
    - Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
    - Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
