UniCharm Cruise is designed for its guest’s most comfortable and memorable trip on the ocean. Day 1: Hanoi – Cat Ba Island – Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Anchor
In the morning
Approximately 07:45 – 08:15 our professional tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel (in the old quarter) for a 3-hour drive through the Red river Delta to Ha Long city
11:30 arrive at the wharf on Tuan Chau Island
12:30 Unicharm crew warmly welcome you on the boat and enjoy a welcome tropical drink under the sun in a pleasant atmosphere before you are taken to your room.
In the afternoon
13:00 enjoy fresh lunch on Unicharm Luxury cruise ( We can cater vegetarian or vegan food on your request )
Cruise on Ha Long bay, past beautiful rocky islands and clear blue sea and the spectacular seascapes of Ha Long Bay in the Unique route heading to Lan Ha bay.
Continue towards Lan Ha bay on the hidden route for different amazing sightseeing, pass by the Dark and Light cave, Frog lagoon, Ba Trai Dao beach, Stick islet, Buddhist statue stone….
Arrive in Lan Ha bay, the biosphere reserved area of the World for kayaking and swimming
On each 2 – seat kayak our tour guide will lead you through the narrow lanes of the karst mountains to fishing villages
Paddle under a tunnel grotto a stunning lagoon (depending on the tide sometimes ). Here you can swimming in the emerald waters or you can also reach some secluded beaches for a while relaxing lying on sand… Enjoy the sunset falling on the crystal bay.
In the evening
Join a cooking class: Our experienced Chef will show you how to make some famous Vietnamese traditional dishes that you can easily demonstrate home for your family after this trip.

Day 2: Cat Ba Island activities: Biking in Viet Hai Village – Trekking
In the morning
06.00 At the crack of dawn, you can walk to the sun deck to experience a spectacular sunrise before having a light breakfast. (Breakfast time: 6.30AM-8.00 AM)
07:10 Tender ship to Cat Ba Island, Viet Hai dock for a bicycle trip to Viet Hai village.
Ride a bike for 30 minutes on the shadowed paths, enjoying the landscape on the way to the village located in a beautiful valley of the National Park of Cat Ba.
Visit a local house to get to know about the local people as well as their daily life of work or visit the island school…
Back to Unicharm cruise and a local boat will take you 40 minutes through Lan Ha bay pass by floating fishing villages of Cai Beo to Cat Ba island then a car drive up to the central of the park for trekking
A moderate trek into the park up to Ngu Lam Peak (the trek up and down takes 2,5-3 hours depending). At the summit you will obtain a universal view of Cat Ba Island – Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay. Triple scenes in your one Photo shot! that is amazing
Trek down to visit Trung Trang cave.
Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant

10:30 check out and start cruising on another route throughout thousands of limestone islands and islets, taking precious Uni pictures meanwhile enjoying our tasteful brunch.
12:00 arrive back at Ha Long dock
In the afternoon
12:10 disembark, say goodbye Ha Long Bay and drive back to Hanoi
Estimated to arrive in Hanoi between 15:00 – 15:30.

Policies
Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).
Cancellation & Refund:
Any changes/amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each cancelled cabin as per the following percentages:
• Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- From 1-5 cabins:
+ 30 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 8 to 29 days prior to the arrival: 30% of the total cabin canceled.
+ From 4 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total cabin canceled.
+ Less than 4 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total cabin canceled.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- 6 cabins and over:
+ 30 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 8 to 29 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total cabin canceled.
+ From 4 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 70% of the total cabin canceled.
+ Less than 4 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total cabin canceled.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- Charter:
+ 30 days prior to the arrival: No refund or 30% of the total rate charged..

• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).
Child Policy:
- Only one child under 5 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with two adults. The second child pays 30% of adult rate.
- Child rate applies from 5-6 years old:
+ Maximum one children from 5-6 years old are allowed to share cabin with adults.
+ Child from 5-6 years old shares bed with adults: pays 30% of adult rate.
+ Child from 5-6 years old with one extra bed: pays 50% of adult rate.
- Child rate applies from 7-9 years old:
+ Maximum one children from 7-9 years old are allowed to share cabin with adults.
+ Child from 7-9 years old shares bed with adults: pays 50% of adult rate.
+ Child from 7-9 years old with one extra bed: pays 80% of adult rate.
+ Child from 7-9 years old stay in a separate cabin: pays 85% of adult rate per cabin (double occupancy sharing).
- Child from 10 years old is charged as adult rate.
Extra Bed Policy:
- The surcharge is 40% of cabin rate per night for one extra bed. Limited to one extra bed per cabin only.
Bad Weather Policy:
In the event the cruise is affected by bad weather, the cruise company reserves the right to cancel all of their cruises services and refund 100% of cabin rate.
Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 12:30 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- No surcharge for Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year Eve (31 December).
- Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
