1. DAY 1: HON GAI HARBOR – CONG DO – CAP LA ISLAND(L, D)

   07.45 – 8:30: The Swan shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in old quarter area, Hanoi; and heading to northeast of Vietnam

   
   

   10:30 – 11:00: Quick stop at middle of the way to stretch your legs & relax. 12.00: Arrive at Swan office in Ha Long, enter our waiting lounge for short break before getting on boat. Then guests will transfer to Swan Cruises by tender.

   
   

   12.45: Enjoy welcome drink, be briefing about safety on boat and activities included then check in cabin. 13.30: Have lunch while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay.

   
   

   15.30: Arrive to Cap La Island - the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long bay. Kayaking through karsts and relaxing on beach, contemplate breathtaking view.

   
   

   17.30: Get back to the boat and join in Sunset Time ( enjoy tea and fresh fruits). This time is regarded as “ Happy Hour” – buy 2 get 1 while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage.

   
   

   19.00: Have dinner on board.

   
   

   20.30: Free time for joining in Games, some activities on board such as squid fishing, karaoke,.. ( Please inform our guide if you want to join in karaoke activity) Overnight on Swan Cruise in Cong Do area.

2. DAY 2: DISCOVER THE LIFE OF LOCAL PEOPLE – VUNG VIENG FLOATING VILLAGE (B, L, D) OR BAI TU LONG NATIONAL PARK

   06.30 : Start your day with Tai Chi on the top deck and enjoy the morning landscape of the bay.

   
   

   07.00: Have breakfast in the open air. Coffee and tea are served free.

   
   

   08.30: Transfer to the Day Boat and start cruising to contemplate the stunning beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay. Attention: Because of the weather condition and tide level, the itinerary can be changed flexibly. The itinerary will follow 1 of 2 options as below. Our tour guide will inform you the exact itinerary when you are on tour.

   
   

   Option 1:

   
   

   09.30: Start cruising to Cong Dam while discovering geological values of Bai Tu Long Bay.

   
   

   09:45- 11:30 : Reach to Hon Co Island for swimming or relaxing.

   
   

   12.00 – 13.30 Have a BBQ lunch on Beach (Depending on the availability and weather condition).

   
   

   14:00 Enjoy kayaking through the hidden lagoons and geological park in Cong Dam.

   
   

   16.30 : Return to the main boat and join in Sunset Time ( Enjoy tea and fresh fruits). This time is regarded as “ Happy Hour” while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage.

   
   

   19.00: Dinner will be served in the dinining room.

   
   

   20.30 : Free time for joining games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing. If you want to sing karaoke, please inform our tour guide to be supported.

   
   

   Option 2:

   
   

   09.30: A day of fun and relaxation with more kayaking to discover Bai Tu Long Bay. You also have a great chance to go fishing with the local fisherman.

   
   

   11.45: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime while the cruise is moving to Vung Vieng floating fishing village.

   
   

   14.00: You are on a rowing boat to explore Vung Vieng village and learn how pearls are grown.

   
   

   16.30 : Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset Time with tea and fresh fruit. This time is regarded as “ Happy Hour” – “buy two get one” while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage.

   
   

   20.30 : Free time for joining games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing. If you want to sing karaoke, please inform our tour guide to be supported.

3. DAY 3: THIEN CANH SON CAVE – HON GAI HARBOR ( B, L)

   06.30: Start early with Tai Chi on the sundeck. Enjoy early morning landscape of the bay.

   
   

   07.00: Have breakfast on board

   
   

   07.45: Visit Thien Canh Son cave- It is one of the most beautiful and famous caves of Bai Tu Long Bay.

   
   

   08.45: Return to the main boat.

   
   

   09.30: Finish packing and check out of your cabin. (Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (our staff will support you transfer directly to the pier).

   
   

   Around 10.00 ( Flexible time): Join in cooking demonstrationwhich is also organized by our guide at this time. You have a chance to make Vietnamese cuisine by yourself. 

   
   

   10.45: Enjoy lunch while the cruise is returning Hon Gai harbor..

   
   

   12.00: Disembark in Hon Gai pier

   
   

   12.30: Farewell Halong Bay then returns to Hanoi

   
   

   17.00: End of 3-days-2-nights trip on Swan Cruises.

   07.45 – 8:30: The Swan shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and heading to northeast of Vietnam. At the middle of the way, we have a quick stop to stretch your leg and refresh then continue our way to Halong Bay.

   
   

   12.00: Arrive at Swan office in Ha Long, have a bit time to relax , and then you will transfer to Swan Cruises by tender.

   
   

   12.45: Enjoy welcome drink, be briefing about safety on boat and activities included then check in your cabin.

   
   

   13.30: Have lunch while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay.

   
   

   15.30: Arrive to Cap La Island - the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long bay. Enjoy kayaking through the karsts and breathtaking nature, and relaxing.

   
   

   17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoy Sunset Time( enjoy tea and fresh fruits). This time is regarded as “ Happy Hour” buy 2 get 1 while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage. 19.00: Have dinner in the dining room on board.

   
   

   20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing. If you want to sing karaoke, please inform our tour guide to be supported. Overnight on Swan Cruise in Cong Do area Attention: According to Halong Bay Board Management, swimming activities need to be allowed to organize by Halong Bay Management Authority)

2. DAY 2: TRA SAN – THIEN CANH SON CAVE – HON GAI HARBOR (B, L)

   06.30: Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck. Enjoy early morning landscape of the bay. 07.00: Have breakfast on board (tea and coffee are free)

   
   

   07.45: Explore Thien Canh Son cave. Our tour guide will explain the history of Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature. 08.45: Return to the main boat. 09.30: Finish packing and check out your cabin. (Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (our staff will support you transfer directly to the pier). Around 10.00 ( Flexible time): Join in cooking class which is also organized by our guide. You have a chance to make Vietnamese cuisine by yourself.

   12.00: Back to the harbor and disembark in Hon Gai pier.

   
   

   12.30: Farewell Halong Bay then our bus will take you back to Hanoi.
