Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay.

Leave Hanoi at 9:00 AM if you opt for a private transfer or between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM for the shuttle bus, arriving at Tuan Chau Marina around 11:30 AM (transportation service upon your request).
12:15: Check in aboard with a welcome drink from the crew while the manager introduces the safety briefing and the boat cruises to Bai Tu Long Bay.
13:15: Let your vacation start with a delicious lunch in the restaurant.
15:30: Discover Thien Canh Son cave, located on top of a mountain, containing a long history of geological value and natural beauty. It is recommended to bring a camera and wear sports shoes for hiking.
17:30: Enjoy your time with the beautiful sunset on the bay and join “Happy Hour”.
18:00: Participate in a cooking class on the sundeck, making deep-fried spring rolls, a unique flavor of Vietnamese food.
19:30: Dinner will be served on the sundeck or in the restaurant.
21:00: Feel free to relax on the boat or join squid fishing at the area of the reception deck.
Day 2: Halong Bay – Hanoi.

06:30: Start your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck.
07:00: Light breakfast served in the dining room.
07:45: Visit Vung Vieng floating fishing village, one of the biggest villages in Halong Bay. Learn about the fishermen's lives and enjoy optional activities such as a bamboo boat ride or kayaking.
09:00: Return to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception. Please place all your luggage outside your cabin door; the crew will help bring luggage on land.
09:45: Brunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.
11:00: Disembark at the harbor. Meet your driver for a transfer back to Hanoi or another destination if transportation arrangements have been made.

Policies

Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).

Refund & Cancellation:
• Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- From 1-5 cabins:
+ More than 15 days prior to arrival: No charge.
+ From 14 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of each cancelled cabin charged.
+ From 9 to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of each cancelled cabin charged.
+ Within 3 days before check-in date: 100% on total charged.
+ No-Show: 100% on total charge.
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).

Child Policy:
- One child under 6 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with one or two adults.
- Two children under 6 years old staying in the same cabin with one or two adults will be charged 75% of adult rate for one extra bed.
- Child rate applies from 6-11 years old: Maximum one child below 12 years old is allowed to share existing bedding with adults. Child pays 75% of adult rate per person (double occupancy sharing).
- Child from 12 years old: price as an adult.

Bad Weather Policy:
In the event the cruise is affected by bad weather, the cruise company reserves the right to cancel all or parts of their cruises services. Following charges may be applied:
- Cancellation before 11:00 o'clock at cruise date: Full refund for the cruise package but transportation will be charged (if any).
- Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 50 per person.
- Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) and round-trip transfer Hanoi - Got Ferry Pier only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 50 per person + transportation.
- Only for 3 day/2night cruise program:
+ Complete 2 day/1 night cruise and back to shore before 10.00 A.M of day 2: the cruise rate of 2 day/ 1 night package is charged + transportation (if any).

Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 12:30 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
