Day 1: Tuan Chau Island – Surprise Cave – Ha Long Bay Mooring Point.

Leave Hanoi at 9:00 AM if you opt for a private transfer or between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM for the shuttle bus, arriving at Tuan Chau Marina around 11:30 AM (transportation service upon your request).
11:45 – 12:00: Board our boat at Tuan Chau Port – enjoy a welcome drink, and receive cruise briefing and safety instructions.
13:15 – 14:00: After the welcome aboard, enjoy lunch while cruising towards the bay.
14:00 – 16:00: Cruise through Halong Bay, passing the most beautiful and tranquil areas including Incense Burner, Kissing Rocks,...
16:00: Visit Surprise Cave - one of the most spectacular and largest grottoes in Halong Bay.
17:30: Depart and sail for about 30 minutes to anchor overnight.
18:30 – 19:00: Attend the fruit and vegetable carving lesson led by the head chef. During the lesson, the chef will demonstrate fruit and vegetable carving, showing you how to decorate and make traditional Vietnamese food.
19:30: Dinner is served.
20:30: Evening activities. Board games like cards or Parcheesi are available. Also, you can try your luck at squid fishing on the boat with help from the crew.
22:30: End of Program for Day 1.
Day 2: Ha Long Bay Mooring Point – Titov Island – Tuan Chau Island.

06:00: Continental breakfast: Coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries served in the restaurant.
06:30: Enjoy a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck (lasting for about 30 minutes).
07:45 – 09:00: Visit Titov Island for swimming or climb up to the top and enjoy the panoramic view of Halong Bay.
09:00: Upon returning to the boat, guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please collect all your belongings from the cabins and leave heavy luggage outside the cabins (staff will transfer directly to the pier).
09:30: Enjoy brunch in the restaurant. Bills are settled after brunch. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant, taking in the bay scenery as the cruise approaches the pier.
11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Port. Meet your driver for a transfer back to Hanoi or another destination if transportation arrangements have been made.

Policies

Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).

Cancellation & Refund:
Any changes/amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each cancelled cabin as per the following percentages:
• Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- From 1-2 cabins:
+ More than 5 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 2 to 4 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 2 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- From 3-6 cabins:
+ 21 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 14 to 20 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 7 to 13 days prior to the arrival: 70% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- 7 cabins and over:
+ More than 30 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 20 to 29 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 10 to 19 days prior to the arrival: 75% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 10 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
- Charter:
+ More than 60 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 45 to 60 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 15 to 45 days prior to the arrival: 75% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 15 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).

Child Policy:
- The FOC Rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults (No extra Mattress).
- The Child Rate for children from 5 to 12 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults (No extra Mattress).
- Only 1 (one) child under 5 years traveling with 2 (two) adults is allowed for FOC per group.

Extra Mattress/ Baby cot Policy:
Applied for maximum 1 child sharing cabin with parents.
- 3 days 2 nights cruise: 50 USD/ Bed.
- 2 days 1 night cruise: 25 USD/ Bed.
- All children under 5 years stay free of charge when sharing parents bedding.
- Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
- Maximum capacity of baby cot in a room is 1.

Bad Weather Policy:
In the event the cruise is affected by bad weather, the cruise company reserves the right to cancel all or parts of their cruises services. Following charges may be applied:
- Guests eat lunch (only) on boat:
• Price: US$ 35/pax.
• Including: Room services, Drinks (1 mineral water + 1 soft drink)
- Guests eat lunch and cruise the Bay within 4 to 5 hours (depend on Halong bay Management policy):
• Price: US$ 70/pax
• Including: Entrance and Sightseeing Fees, Room services, Drinks (1 mineral water + 1 soft drink).
- Guests book 3D2N program and had to return on the second day:
• Return at noon (11a.m or 12a.m): Charge the same price as the 2D1N program.
• Return after eating lunch: Charge the same price as the 2D1N program and add US$ 35/pax.
• Return at afternoon (5p.m to 6p.m): Charge 75% total rate.
• Including: Entrance and Sightseeing Fees, Room services, Drinks (1 mineral water + 1 soft drink).

Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 12:30 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Surcharge for Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year Eve (31 December): US$ 40 per person.
- Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
