Where can I get picked up from for the trip from Hanoi to Halong Bay?

- If you take private Car/Van. Then our driver will pick you at your hotel lobby in Hanoi. Driver will show up with welcome sign to look for you.
- If you take Shuttle Bus, the Cruise company will pick you from a specific pickup point in the City Center, This Pick up point will be appointed by each Cruise Company. In this case, you should take taxi from your hotel to Pick up point on time. Beware of bad traffic in Hanoi in the rush hour and you should estimate the time to leave hotel.
- Public Bus is much cheaper option but you will need the taxi from your hotel to bus station then another taxi from Bus station in Halong Bay to boat jetty. We don't recommend you to use public Bus.
