Do you provide Visa Approval Letter?

Yes, We do provide visa approval letter for free to any passenger booking with us (value $10). Please ask for the visa letter at least 10 days before arrival date in Vietnam.
After receiving the Visa Approval Letter by email, please print it out and prepare:
- 2 passport sized photos 4x6
- Stamping fee: US $25 for single entry visa, US $45 for multi-entry visa
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Put all above mentioned in a package, then show them to Immigration Officers at Vietnam arrival airports.
Note:
- Citizens from 5 Western European countries (including: United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and Germany) are exempt from visa from 01 July, 2017 to 30 June, 2018, if the stay is less than 15 days.
- Some nationalities requires extra fee for visa letter. Contact us for more details.
