    Your driver and tour guide will welcome you at the Bangkok International Airport and transfer to your hotel in the city centre. Spend your first night in one of Bangkok's best boutique hotels, well-located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. You'll be comforted by the true Thai hospitality you experience here and this tranquil retreat will help you feel at ease amidst the bustle of Bangkok City. Take a ferry across the river to visit Temple of Dawn where you will enjoy a soft drink at a local restaurant while watching the sun set over Wat Arun Pagoda. Tonight, you will savor a Thai cuisine at the very popular riverside restaurant: Steve Café.

    Start the day with a delicious breakfast buffet served by your hotel. Ranging from delicious Thai specialties to Western Fare, each dish is made with fresh and local ingredients. From rice porridge and tasty Thai omelets to grilled pork skewers (“Thai Bacon”), sweet breads and delicious buns, you will sample a variety of exotic fruits and savory dishes before your day even begins. Then it's time to explore Damnoen Saduak floating market, where wooden boats are filled to the brim with fruits, vegetables, flowers and foods.
    In the afternoon, you will have an immersive experience on the hands-on cooking class that is hard to find elsewhere. You'll be guided through succulent curries, stir-fried noodles, fresh spring rolls and other dishes by a professional, local chef. At the conclusion of your instruction, sit down with your chef to enjoy your creations.

    Today, stroll through the Queen Sikit Botanical Gardens, visit a few of Bangkok’s many temples, learn meditation at Wat Mahathat, hike to the top of Golden Mount to see panoramic views of the city and experience traditional dancing at Erawan Shrine. Additionally, you will have two options to visit: Or Tor Kor or Namg Leong Market that are home to stall after stall of colorful fruits and exotic produce, and one of the best places to try traditional food such as stir-fry noodles and mango sticky rice.
    In the evening, you will take part in the Street Food Tour of Bangkok. Bangkok is full of many neighborhoods, each with a unique approach to cuisine. From street stalls to local eateries and fine dining restaurants, take in culture and tradition with every bite. Learn the history of various recipes, why particular ingredients are used and savor a variety of new and mouth-watering flavors.

    After breakfast, you will depart on the flight to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Your local tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to the city centre. Vietnam's largest city with a rich cultural heritage boasting classic French colonial architecture, incense-infused temples, ornate pagodas and sleek modern skyscrapers, this spectacular city offers so much to be discovered.
    Visits to the Reunification Palace, the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, Chinatown with local market and either the Thien Hau Temple or the Quan Am Pagoda.
    Enjoy a tasty "Ho Chi Minh by Night Food Walk" through some of the liveliest food scenes in the city, followed by another delicious dinner at one of the best local eateries.

    Happiness begins with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. The plentiful spread on offer – which includes an array of hot and cold selections, cheeses and charcuterie, fresh local fruits, and homemade yoghurt, breads and pastries – as well as a wide selection of made-to-order entrées will ensure you get off to a great start each day.
    Today you will discover the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine in a hands-on cooking class. One of the healthiest cuisines in the world, food in Vietnam is often also used as medicine. During your cooking class held in a beautiful agricultural village, you'll experience a Vietnamese Medicine Garden with varied herbs, spices and vegetables. After learning about the Mushroom House and what it's like to be a Vietnamese farmer, select herbs and vegetables from the garden to prepare delicious, healthy Vietnamese dishes such as "Pho" (noodles), "Banh My" (bread) and "Nem" or "Cha Gio" (spring rolls). After your instruction, you will enjoy lunch with the chef.
    Then head out to Cu Chi Tunnels, 75km far from Ho Chi Minh City. After an introductory video, viewing various mantraps, the remains of an American tank and numerous bomb craters at Ben Dinh, you will spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels to see how the Viet Cong survived in this underground network.
    Drive back to the city in the late afternoon and spend rest of the day at leisure.
    Enjoy dinner in a local fine restaurant.

    Today you will set out for the Mekong Delta, one of Vietnam’s two main rice bowls. On this journey, pass through lands comprised of low-lying rice paddies and rivers that are bordered by dense mangroves and palms. Boarding a motor boat, you'll pass through the Mekong Delta (provinces of My Tho and Ben Tre) to explore fishing villages and the four islands of Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle and Phoenix. As you cruise along Vam, Xep, a small canal dotted with little village houses, glimpse the daily life of local villagers and join them for a traditional lunch. During the ride, your guide will explain the agriculture of the region and how it's incorporated into the local Vietnamese cuisine.
    Spend an afternoon with a local family in the Mekong Delta, learning about their culture and lifestyle. As you sit with them to dine on delicious homemade catfish soups, noodle dishes and rice platters or other foods depending on season, you'll come to understand the importance of food in their daily lives. This is guaranteed to be one of the most unforgettable and enriching experiences of your trip.

    In the morning, you will experience another insightful cooking class with local chefs. This class will expose you to some of the traditional dishes that Vietnamese people enjoy every day. Fresh fish and local herbs will take center stage, as you learn techniques that you can duplicate when you return home. After your instruction, you’ll all sit down to enjoy a delicious lunch with the chef.
    Pack your newly acquired cooking skills and your tasty memories, it is time for your journey back home. This culinary adventure concludes at Tan Son Nhat International Airport of Ho Chi Minh City.
