Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay
Leave Hanoi at 8:00 AM if you take the private transfer or from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM if you take the shuttle bus and arrive in Halong Bay around 12:00 (transportation service on your request).
11.30 : Embark at Hon Gai International harbor.
12.15–12.30 : Embark on the boat. Enjoy welcome drink as Cruise Manager gives you a brief overview of the itinerary and important safety guideline. Check in your cabin.
13.00–14.30 : Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay; Start sailing among famous Islets (Indochina studio, Am Islet…) of Bai Tu Long Bay, the wildest beauty with the panoramic natural views.
14.30 : Visit and explore the well-hidden Co Cave (known as Thien Canh Son Cave) where you can hiking to the middle of the mountain to see the wild and mysterious beautiful cave, contemplate numerous sparkling stalactites appear like ’hanging lamps’ inside the Cave. (No swimming).
15.45: Return to the boat and enjoy Happy hour. You will have 30% discount off from the special menu drinks including of cocktail, mock-tail and mixed drinks (from 16.30 pm to 19.00 pm.).
16.30 : Enjoy kayaking at Cong Do or relaxing on the cruise.
17.45–19.00: Attend our chef’s cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking (spring roll).
19.00-21.00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. You can enjoy the charm of Bai Tu Long Bay at night.
21.00-22.00: Enjoy evening activities (Squid Fishing, Movie Night, Board Games, Massage & Spa services) or relax at the leisure then overnight at private cabin at Cong Do Island.

Day 2: Cong Do Sleeping Area – Cap La – Thay Cave – Cong Do sleeping area
6.30: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi session on the sundeck.
7.30: Catch the morning view of seascap while enjoying the breakfast in the restaurant.
8.30-9:00: Transfer to Day Junks and start cruising to admire the widest beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.
10.30: Visit Cap La - the famous hidden lagoons covered by majestic limestone islands and islets, and wild beaches in Bai Tu Long Bay.
11.00-12.00: Kayaking through lagoons at Cha Phan Islet and relax at one of the most beautiful beaches in Bai Tu Long Bay.
12.30: Enjoy the lunch in the restaurant and admire the graceful beauty of Bai Tu Long while cruising to Thay cave.
13.30-15.00: Kayaking and discover Thay cave, one of the most well-hidden cave in Ha Long Bay.
15.15-15:30: Transfer from Day Junks to Huong Hai Sealife.

18.00: Onboard the vessel, surrounded by a stunning setting in motion, attend our chef’s cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking (spring roll) on the sundesk.
19.15: Dinner is served in the restaurant at the first desk. You can enjoy the charm of Bai Tu Long Bay at night.
21.00: Evening activities: relax at leisure; enjoy our Movie Night, Board Games or our Massage & Spa services (massage and spa fee is not included in the price), squid fishing. Overnight on Bai Tu Long Bay.

Day 3: Cong Do Area - Vung Vieng Fishing Village – Hon Gai Port - Hanoi
06.30-07.00: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi session on the sundeck.
07.00-07.30: Catch the morning view of seascape while enjoying the breakfast with cookies and tea, café in the restaurant.
07.30-08.30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat or kayaking, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms. (No swimming) .
08.30-09.30: Pack up the luggage and check out of the cabin.
09.30-10.40: Enjoy the brunch in the restaurant while cruising back to Vinashin tourist harbor.
11.00: Disembark from boat. Your transfer is awaiting for you there and transfers you back to Hanoi (transportation service on your request).

Policies
Deposit & Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges is required upon confirmation of your booking (if this amount is less than US$ 500, the full payment will be applied).
- The balance will be paid 15 days prior to the check in date, or you can pay us upon arrival in cash or credit card when we meet in Hanoi.
- Deposit or full payment could be settled via our secured online payment system (SSL).
Cancellation & Refund:
Any changes/amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each cancelled cabin as per the following percentages:
• Cancellation (for FIT only) will be charged as follow:
- 15 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
- From 14 to 3 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
- Less than 2 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
- No-Show: Will be charged in full.
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).
Child Policy:
- Only one child under 5 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with two adults.
- The second child is applied as child 5-11 years old with extra bed: pays 75% of adult rate.
- Child from 12 years old: price as an adult.
- FOC baby cot for infant (subject to availability).
Extra Bed Policy:
The surcharge is 100% of adult rate per adult per night for one extra bed. Limited to one extra bed per cabin only.
Bad Weather Policy:
In the event the cruise is affected by bad weather, the cruise company reserves the right to cancel all or parts of their cruises services. Following charges may be applied:
- Cancellation before 11:00 o'clock at cruise date: Full refund for the cruise package but transportation will be charged (if any).
- Cruise is canceled and guests have meal (lunch) only (no cruise, no overnight, boat stays in the harbor): US$ 22 per person.
- Day cruise (3-4 hours cruise, no overnight, lunch on boat): US$ 51 per person.
- Only for 3 day/2 night cruise program:
+ Complete 2 day/1 night cruise and back to shore before 10.00 A.M of day 2: the cruise rate of 2 day/ 1 night package is charged + transportation (if any).
+ Complete 2 day/ 1 night cruise and use the day boat and back to shore before 17.00 of day 2: the cruise rate of 2 day/ 1 night package is charged + US$ 51 per person + transportation (if any).
Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 12:30 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification/ passport are required upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Surcharge for Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year Eve (31 December): US$ 35 per person.
- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
- Promotion or Early Bird comes with tight booking conditions and they will be notified separately by Vietnam Travel.
